Most of the People have a oily, fatty, spicy and heavy foods at night. Eating heavy or fatty foods may interrupt your sleep with gas, bloating and stomach upset problems as the food we take will take a long time to digest and it will impact on our digestive system which effect our sleep and fat gets deposited in our body by which we gain weight.
