Toxins are nothing but a harmful substance also called as waste that are stored in our body. Toxins can be produced in your body due to food you take, by the air you breathe, by the water you drink or through any other form.

Toxins are also produced in the body due to healthy bio-chemical reactions that produce waste products, by inhaling harmful substances, taking food which contains pesticides etc.

Toxins are categorized into 3 types internal toxins, external toxins, and toxic behaviors. internal toxins are the toxins / wastes that are produced in our body due to body function.
